*Looking for an experienced Maths Teacher to handle IGCSE, AS & A level for a Cambridge International School at Arumbakkam.
*Should have teaching experience background with very good communication skills.
Job Profile & Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans that facilitate active learning.
- Instruction & Engagement: Teach Cambridge IGCSE, AS & A level mathematical concepts.
- Assessment: Monitor, evaluate, and report on student progress using tests and assignments.
- Classroom Management: Maintain an orderly and positive classroom environment.
- Student Support: Provide tutoring or remedial support for students struggling with concepts.
- Technology Integration: Utilize digital tools and smartboards to enhance learning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Certification: CICTL, B.Ed., M.Ed., or relevant teaching certification.
- Experience: Previous experience (typically 2 to 4+ years) in a recognized school, with preference for Cambridge- IGCSE curriculum knowledge.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong analytical abilities, and ability to simplify complex topics.
- PRT (Primary Teacher) Maths: Focus on foundational math, numbers, and arithmetic.
- TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) Maths: Focus on lower secondary/middle school math.
