Job Summary:
Responsible for color development, shade approval, and color consistency across production processes to meet the stringent standards of American retailers and brand customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop color recipes and shade standards.
- Conduct lab dips and bulk shade approvals.
- Ensure color consistency across production lots.
- Coordinate with dyeing, printing, and quality teams.
- Analyze color fastness and performance test results.
- Work with spectrophotometers and color management systems.
- Resolve color matching and shade variation issues.
- Maintain retailer color standards and compliance requirements.
- Support product development and sampling activities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in textile dyeing and color management.
- Experience working with American retail color standards.
- Knowledge of spectrophotometer operations and color measurement systems.
- Understanding of textile chemistry and dyeing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹50,023.74 per month
