We are seeking a skilled and experienced Private Chef based in Ahmedabad with strong expertise in authentic Gujarati cuisine along with multi-cuisine capabilities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about traditional flavors, seasonal ingredients, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
The chef will be responsible for preparing daily meals for a family of 4 and ensuring a healthy, balanced, and enjoyable dining experience.
Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) as per family preferences
Specialize in authentic Gujarati dishes
Prepare multi-cuisine dishes (North Indian, South Indian, Continental, etc.) as required
Plan weekly menus in consultation with the family
Ensure balanced, nutritious, and seasonal meal planning
Source fresh ingredients from local markets/vendors
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
Manage grocery inventory and kitchen supplies
Cater for small gatherings, festivals, and special occasions
Accommodate dietary restrictions (diabetic, low-oil, satvik, etc.)
Proven experience as a Private Chef or Household Cook
Expertise in traditional Gujarati cuisine (Undhiyu, Thepla, Handvo, Dhokla, Kadhi, Dal Dhokli, etc.)
Ability to prepare farsan, sweets, and festival dishes
Knowledge of multi-cuisine preparation
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Discreet, trustworthy, and professional attitude
Good communication skills (Gujarati/Hindi required)
4–5 years of experience in private households or reputed catering setups
Experience cooking for HNI families preferred
Flexibility in working hours
