Role Overview
Responsible for designing and maintaining company websites, developing automation tools , and managing WhatsApp marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Website Design & Developmen
- Create and maintain responsive, SEO-friendly websites.
- Implement UI/UX best practices for smooth customer experience.
- Integrate payment gateways, product catalogs, and tracking tools.
Programming & Technical Support
- Develop custom scripts, plugins, and automation workflows.
- Ensure website security, speed optimization, and bug fixing.
- Coordinate with hosting/server teams for smooth operations.
WhatsApp Marketing & Automation
- Set up and manage WhatsApp Business API/automation tools.
- Create automated campaigns for abandoned cart, order confirmation, and promotions.
- Segment customer lists and track campaign performance.
- Integrate WhatsApp with CRM, website, and payment systems.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL (or similar).
- Experience with WordPress / Shopify / custom CMS.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API, chatbot tools, CRM integration.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels & e-commerce workflows.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Marketing (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in website development and marketing automation.
- Prior experience in e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.
Salary Range
- Based on experience 15k-20K
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
