About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency. You will design engaging visuals for social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, branding and digital campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who understands modern design trends, social media creatives, and performance marketing visuals and can deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and digital campaigns
- Create Meta Ads & Google Ads creatives for performance marketing
- Develop branding materials, logos, brochures, presentations, and identity assets
- Design website banners, landing pages, and digital assets
- Edit and enhance images for campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all design work
- Work closely with marketing & content teams
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Required Skills
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- CorelDRAW, Figma, Canva
- Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color theory & branding
- Experience in social media design & digital advertising creatives
- Good communication & time management skills
- Ability to work in hybrid (WFH + office) setup
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Motion Graphics (After Effects)
- Video Editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut)
- UI/UX basics
- AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years Graphic Design experience
- Agency experience preferred (Digital Marketing / Advertising)
- Strong portfolio required
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Strong creative thinking & attention to detail
