Role:
Manage daily canteen operations for staff, patients & visitors
Menu planning, food costing & wastage control
Ensure FSSAI hygiene standards & NABH compliance
Vendor management & inventory control
Lead kitchen + service team .
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
Experience in hospital/corporate catering must
Good knowledge of bulk cooking, hygiene & costing
Strong team handling & communication skills
