Job Description:
We're hiring an Assistant Manager, Services Sales to lead a team that drives growth from our installed base and greenfield opportunities. If you're a natural coach who thrives on building customer relationships and delivering results, this role offers real leadership impact.
What will you do?

Supervise and coach your team to identify services opportunities and maximize contract renewals across the installed base

Drive sales of consulting, recurring services, and modernization solutions to meet revenue and growth targets

Set daily priorities and conduct performance reviews to ensure your team operates efficiently and hits goals

Make independent tactical decisions and troubleshoot escalated issues to keep operations on track
