Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Associate, with the role based in New Delhi and some flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, preparing pitches and presentations, and maintaining effective client communication. Collaborating with internal teams, the role involves identifying opportunities for partnerships and business growth while contributing to the overall strategy of the organisation.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of strong B2B sales experience preferred
- Ads sales and events sales experience preferred
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Proficiency in Presentation Skills and developing high-quality Presentations
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for building client and partner relationships
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and work in a results-driven environment
- Knowledge of Social Impact sectors or prior experience in a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
