Roles-
- Quantity take-off from fire fighting drawings.
- Preparation of RA and final bills.
- BOQ verification and rate checking.
- Variation and extra item billing.
- Quantity reconciliation (supply vs installation).
- Documentation and billing record maintenance.
- Coordination with site team, client, and accounts department.
Responsibilities-
- Ensure accurate quantity calculation from drawings and site measurements.
- Prepare and submit RA bills and final bills on time.
- Verify executed work with BOQ and approved rates.
- Maintain proper measurement sheets and billing documents.
- Coordinate with site engineers for work confirmation.
- Prepare variation and extra item statements for approval.
- Follow up with client for bill certification and payment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
