Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create visually strong designs across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of branding, social media creatives, performance marketing ads, and visual storytelling.
The role requires someone who can work closely with video editors, project managers, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative
- Create social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
- Design thumbnails, banners, pitch decks, presentations, and marketing collaterals
- Create performance marketing creatives for Meta, Google, and digital campaigns
- Design static and motion-based ad creatives
- Maintain visual consistency across all brand communications
- Assist in developing branding concepts and campaign identities
- Create visual adaptations for multiple formats and dimensions
Video & Content Support
- Design graphics for video projects and motion assets
- Coordinate with video editors for overlays, typography, and visual elements
- Create title cards, lower thirds, transitions, and branding elements
- Support podcast and ad campaign creative requirements
Marketing & Business Support
- Design emailers, brochures, case studies, and company portfolios
- Create client-facing presentation materials
- Contribute creative ideas during campaign brainstorming sessions
- Research latest design and social media trends
Operational Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
- Organize design files and maintain structured asset libraries
- Ensure quality control before final delivery
- Coordinate revisions and feedback professionally
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Ai Tools
- Basic understanding of Adobe After Effects or motion graphics is a plus
- Good typography, layout, and branding sense
- Understanding of social media trends and ad creatives
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in graphic design is a must.
- Experience in agency, media, or production environment preferred
- Portfolio showcasing social media, branding, and ad creatives
Salary: 30-40k/Month
