Maintainance Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and technically sound "Maintainance Engineer" to manage the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, servicing, and operational support of aesthetic and wellness machines installed across all Pachouli clinics in India.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning, preventive maintenance, machine safety, calibration, and coordination with vendors/service providers whenever required. The role involves regular travel to different clinic locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of all aesthetic and wellness machines across clinics.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults, electrical issues, and machine breakdowns.
- Ensure all machines are functioning as per operational and safety standards.
- Coordinate with machine vendors and AMC partners for major repairs and servicing.
- Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and machine history reports.
- Train clinic staff on proper machine handling and safety protocols.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend replacement or upgrades when required.
- Ensure timely installation and commissioning of new machines.
- Travel to Pachouli clinics PAN India as per operational requirements.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and accessories.
- Ensure compliance with biomedical and electrical safety standards.

Preferred Qualification
Candidates with any of the following qualifications will be preferred:
- Diploma / Degree in Biomedical Engineering
- Diploma in Electronics & Communication
- B.Tech / Polytechnic in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Biomedical Equipment Technician Certification
- ITI in Electronics / Electrical
- Certification in Aesthetic Laser Equipment Handling & Maintenance
- Experience in Medical Equipment Servicing or Wellness Industry Equipment
Experience Required
- Minimum 1–4 years of experience in handling aesthetic, dermatology, slimming, or wellness machines.
- Experience in clinic, hospital, aesthetic center, or wellness industry preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and biomedical equipment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to travel frequently across India
- Vendor management and reporting skills
- Preventive maintenance planning
Working Conditions
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Shift Timing: 9 Hours Shift
- Travel Requirement: Extensive PAN India travel across Pachouli clinics
Additional Requirements
- Candidate should be comfortable with field visits and urgent breakdown handling.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Must maintain professional behavior and clinic discipline standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
