Job Description
- Manage full-cycle hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer roll-out
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft JDs
- Post openings on job boards, LinkedIn, and manage the ATS
- Conduct telephonic/video screenings and coordinate interview panels
- Maintain candidate pipelines and share regular hiring updates.
- Collate monthly payroll inputs: attendance, leaves, new joiners, exits, variable pay
- Validate final payroll outputs before disbursement
- Ensure accurate employee data capture in HRMS during onboarding.
Key skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel — VLOOKUP, pivot tables
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1–4 years of HR generalist or specialist experience
- Prior payroll processing or coordination exposure preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
