Job Summary:
We are looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to provide administrative and coordination support to senior management. The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with daily office activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage appointments and meeting schedules.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Maintain files and confidential records.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines.
- Assist in organizing meetings and events.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities.
Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
