Compensation: ₹600 – ₹1000 per Session
About the Role
Topper Shiksha is looking for passionate and knowledgeable Aeronautical Engineering Trainers to conduct engaging and hands-on learning sessions for school students. The trainer will introduce students to the exciting world of aviation, aerospace technology, aircraft design, aerodynamics, and STEM-based engineering concepts through practical activities and demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Aeronautical Engineering classes for students in partner schools.
- Teach concepts such as:
- Basics of Flight and Aerodynamics
- Aircraft Parts and Functions
- Principles of Aviation
- Aerospace Technology
- Rocket Science Fundamentals
- Drone Technology Basics
- Aircraft Model Building Projects
- Deliver interactive and activity-based sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and project activities.
- Encourage innovation, creativity, and scientific thinking among students.
- Track student participation and learning progress.
- Ensure proper handling of training materials and equipment.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of aviation and aerospace concepts.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for working with children and inspiring young learners.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and model-building activities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Drone Technology and UAVs.
- Experience in STEM education programs.
- Aircraft or Rocket Model Building experience.
- Classroom management and student engagement skills.
