JOB DESCRIPTION (JD):
- Coordinate and schedule Preventive Maintenance (PM), Installation, and Breakdown service visits as per customer schedule.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to service requests and support.
- Create, assign, and manage work orders in the service management system accurately and on time.
- Ensure timely service delivery that meets company quality standards, with clear communication to all stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRA):
- Monitor job progress in real time and ensure Field Service Engineers meet defined service deadlines.
- Manage warehouse and spare-parts inventory to ensure material availability for scheduled and emergency service calls.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the Service Manager in a timely manner.
- Verify Field Team attendance records and process expense claims in compliance with company policies.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
