Job Summary
Overall software industry experience of 6-8 years with minimum 2 years in software Delivery management.
Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills.
Should have worked as Software Developer/ Tech lead for at least 3 years before getting into project management role.
Should have prior Hands-on Software development, Design, and coding experience before moving into the Project management role.
We should have experience and a good conceptual understanding of s at least a few of the following technologies.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Java/ J2EE
- Spring Boot framework and experience in developing Responsive web applications
- SOA/Microservices-based applications
- Any of the scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, PHP
- Good understanding of Database concepts on MS-SQL, MySQL, or Oracle
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Strong Project Management skills - Agile (writing user stories for Agile delivery)
Basic understanding of User experience
Experience in Dev Ops will be added advantage
