About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is ideal for students and fresh graduates who want to gain practical exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement while developing industry-relevant skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
- Support onboarding and induction activities.
- Assist in preparing HR documents and reports.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
