Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Conversions
Sale Diet Plan and Not supliments
Confidently explain plan benefits, duration, and outcomes.
Handle objections gracefully and convert warm leads into paying clients.
Maintain a 40–60% conversion rate on qualified leads.
2. Client Consultations
Conduct initial diet assessments (30–45 mins Video Calls or WhatsApp consults).
Understand client health goals and recommend the right Kajal Aggarwal Nutrition plan.
Provide personalised, professional guidance (training will be given).
3. Client Relationship Building
Follow up with potential clients on WhatsApp and calls.
Keep a friendly, caring tone (Kajal-style communication).
Ensure every client feels heard, valued, and motivated.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Update CRM/Google Sheets with lead status.
Coordinate with Kajal and team for client plan delivery and feedback.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nutrition / Dietetics / Home Science.
1–3 years of experience in client counselling or diet planning (teleconsulting preferred).
Excellent spoken and written English + Hindi.
Confident, warm communicator with emotional intelligence.
Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Canva, and voice notes.
Bonus: Sales background or natural persuasion skills.
