Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and articulate International Voice Process to manage communications with international clients and support business development activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent spoken English, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage confidently with overseas customers. This role involves handling international calls, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients professionally and effectively.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, follow-ups, and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers and business partners.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product and service information.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and business discussions to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call activities, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and requirements.
- Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends and customer requirements in international markets.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear and professional accent.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive communication abilities.
- Ability to communicate confidently with international clients and stakeholders.
- Good customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (Zoho CRM experience preferred).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts or night shifts, if required.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years of experience in International Voice Process, International Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Experience handling international clients from regions such as UAE, Vietnam, Australia, Europe, or other global markets will be an added advantage.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong professional communication etiquette and a positive attitude.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.
