Professional & Technical Experience
Strong Proficiency in SuccessFactors EC Payroll, SAP HCM Payroll.
Integration between EC & ECP – Point to Point (PTP) Replication, EC – on premise BIB, Payroll
Control Center (PCC), EC Time off – ECP, WFS.
Knowledge of Integration of data to 3rd party vendor for payroll processing such as ADP.
Parallel payroll experience.
Expertise on Payroll Schemas, Postings to G/L Accounts, Bank Transfer Setup.
Any country specific payroll legal & statutory regulations.
Preferred SF ECP/ SAP HCM certification.
Min. 7.5 years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors exp.
Functional experience in multiple country specific payrolls.
Min. 3 Full life-cycle implementation of SAP HR/SF project.
Has experience in managing teams.

15 years full time education /BTech /MBA HR.
Ability to work across different shift as per the business requirement.
