The Execution Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the execution of HDPE pipeline works from excavation to testing and commissioning. The role ensures that all construction activities are carried out safely, within the approved schedule, budget, and quality standards while coordinating with QA/QC, Survey, Planning, JMR/Billing, and client representatives.
- Plan and execute daily HDPE pipeline installation activities as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Supervise trench excavation, bedding, pipe laying, welding, backfilling, and reinstatement works.
- Ensure proper alignment, level, and route of pipelines as per survey coordinates.
- Coordinate HDPE butt fusion and electrofusion welding activities.
- Monitor manpower, subcontractors, equipment, and material utilization.
- Prepare daily work plans and allocate tasks to supervisors and site teams.
- Ensure work is completed within the approved project schedule.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections, testing, and approvals.
- Raise Inspection Requests (IRs) and ensure timely quality clearances.
- Coordinate hydro testing, pressure testing, flushing, and commissioning activities.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and material consumption reports.
- Resolve technical issues at site in consultation with the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and conduct toolbox talks.
- Coordinate with Survey Engineers for setting out and as-built measurements.
- Support the JMR/Billing Engineer by providing completed work fronts, measurement details, drawings, and quantity verification for preparation of Joint Measurement Records.
- Attend client and consultant site meetings and implement approved instructions.
- Strong knowledge of HDPE pipeline construction and installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Knowledge of HDPE butt fusion and electrofusion procedures.
- Understanding of hydro testing and commissioning procedures.
- Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
