We are hiring for Customer Support Associates for multiple Chat, Voice & Backend Support processes.
Location: Mumbai
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Experience: Freshers to 1+ Year
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹4 LPA

Chat Process
- 6+ months International BPO OR 1+ year Domestic BPO experience
- Minimum typing speed: 40 WPM
- Tech/Sales experience preferred but not mandatory
- Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA
- ₹25,000 joining bonus after completion of 90 days
- Immediate joiners required
Voice Process
- BPO experience mandatory for experienced roles
- Strong B2-level communication skills
- Freshers may be considered for selected processes
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000
- Contract opportunities available
Customer Support / Backend + Voice
- 60% Backend + 40% Voice
- Freshers: ₹18,000 In-Hand
- 6 months–1 year experience: ₹22,000 In-Hand
- 24×7 rotational shifts
- 2 rotational week-offs
- Good communication skills required
