Job Description - Manager – Strategic Partnerships & Institutional Growth

About the Role
YS Group is looking for a dynamic professional who will identify, build, and manage strategic opportunities with corporates, government bodies, foundations, universities and global organisations. The role focuses on bringing new initiatives, grants, CSR partnerships, collaborations and growth opportunities to the institution.
Key Responsibilities
1. CSR & Grant Partnerships
- Identify CSR funding opportunities from companies, foundations and funding agencies.
- Coordinate with CSR consultants/platforms and build corporate relationships.
- Prepare proposals for projects such as AI Labs, STEM Labs, Innovation Centres, Skill Development, Sustainability, Scholarships etc.
- Manage documentation, applications, MoUs and compliance requirements.
2. Government & Institutional Initiatives
- Track schemes, grants and opportunities from Central/State Government, CBSE, AICTE, Ministry initiatives and other bodies.
- Prepare applications and ensure timely submissions.
- Coordinate approvals and follow-ups with concerned departments.
3. Collaborations & Alliances
- Develop partnerships with:
- Universities & higher education institutions
- Industry partners
- NGOs and foundations
- National/international organisations
- Create student enrichment opportunities like internships, workshops, exchange programs and competitions.
4. Proposal Writing & Communication
- Prepare professional:
- Project reports
- Presentations
- Grant proposals
- Impact reports
- Institutional profiles
- Use AI tools and digital platforms for research and documentation.
5. Impact Management
- Maintain records of projects and partnerships.
- Prepare donor/partner reports.
- Coordinate visits, events and project showcases.
- Highlight institutional achievements at national platforms.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification
- MBA / Mass Communication / Public Policy / Development Studies / similar background preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years preferred in:
- CSR
- Corporate relations
- Business development
- NGO partnerships
- Education sector projects
(Fresh candidates with exceptional communication and learning ability may also apply.)
Skills Required
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong research ability
- Presentation & proposal-writing skills

- MS Office / Canva / AI tools proficiency

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
