Purpose of the Role
To convert customer drawings into manufacturing-ready engineering documents, optimize designs for manufacturability (DFM), prepare production drawings, BOMs and nesting inputs, manage engineering changes, and provide technical support to production and quality teams.
Reports To Operations Manager
Experience :
3–8 Years (Sheet Metal Fabrication Industry Preferred)
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor or Solid Edge
- Knowledge of Sheet Metal Manufacturing
Competencies Must Have
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication and weldments
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
- Understanding of GD&T and tolerance stack-up
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and BOM management
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
