Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns.
Monitor CRM portals, respond to quality alerts, track Zero Km Concerns and warranty complaints.
Through knowledge in Lithium Battery, BMS and Vehicle firmware
Functional understanding of traction motors, Controllers, On-board chargers, DC-DC converters and Lights and Horns
Liaise with internal teams (Design, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain) to resolve customer quality issues.
- Responsible for Root-cause analysis and Taking corrective actions for Customer complaints
Coordinate containment and rework activities when necessary for customer concerns.
Maintain clear documentation of all customer-related quality issues and actions.
- Track and report on customer quality metrics, such as Zero km concerns, warranty complaints and warranty cost etc.
Analyze returned parts from customers and conduct warranty case analysis and Field visits for failure analysis
- Monitor field replacement parts availability
Experience: 5-7 years
Industry Preferred: EV / Automotive / Auto Ancillary
Qualifications: B.E/B. Tech –Mechanical/Automobile
Skills: Hands on experience in 7 QC Tools, 8D Analysis, Electrical trouble
Shooting, MS Office
