We are hiring fluent English-speaking Reservation Agents for a U.S.-based process. The agent will handle incoming calls, assist customers with reservations, answer questions, enter information accurately, and provide professional customer service.
Schedule:
- Night shift
- 9-hour shift, including a 1-hour break
- 5 working days per week
- 2 days off each week
- Work from home
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls professionally
- Book, update, and cancel reservations
- Confirm customer and trip information
- Enter accurate details into the reservation system
- Handle customer questions and concerns
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Requirements:
- Fluent English-speaking and communication skills
- Must own a reliable computer or laptop
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet workspace suitable for handling calls
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to work night shifts according to U.S. business hours
- Punctual, responsible, and customer-service oriented
Previous call center or reservation experience is preferred, but candidates with excellent English and customer service skills are also encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
