Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer with 3+ to 5 years of experience in implementing and customizing GRC/IRM modules. The role involves configuring Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Management, and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules, developing Workspaces, Portals, dashboards, scripting, and integrating with third-party systems.
Experience with SecOps (SIR/VR) and Vulnerability Response is a good-to-have.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize GRC/IRM modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, VRM, and TPRM).
- Implement and manage Third-Party Risk Management processes, vendor assessments, and risk monitoring.
- Work on SecOps and Vulnerability Response modules (good-to-have).
- Develop IRM Workspaces, Portals, forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Build client/server-side scripts (Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes).
- Integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform system administration, upgrades, and user support.
