Job Summary
The Tender Executive is responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting tenders, bids, and proposals for government and private sector projects. The role involves coordinating with internal departments, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, maintaining documentation, and supporting the organization in securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and monitor government and private tender portals for relevant business opportunities.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
- Prepare and submit complete technical and commercial bid documents within specified deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical, financial, and legal documentation required for tender submissions.
- Ensure all tender documents comply with client requirements and company policies.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, contracts, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and bid summaries in coordination with the finance and technical teams.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities regarding tender-related queries and clarifications.
- Manage EMDs, bank guarantees, vendor registrations, and statutory documentation required for bidding.
- Track tender results, contract awards, and renewal opportunities.
- Assist in contract documentation, negotiations, and post-award formalities.
- Stay updated with procurement regulations, industry standards, and tendering procedures.
- Prepare periodic reports on bid success rates, pipeline opportunities, and tender performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in tendering, bid management, contracts, or business development.
- Experience with government e-procurement portals such as GeM, CPPP, and state tender portals is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and documentation management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
