Job Description: – Special Projects Associate
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Reports to: Senior Manager – Business Operations

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Special Projects Associate to support various cross-functional initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong management background, good communication skills, and be comfortable working with data and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing special projects across functions and departments
- Work extensively on Excel for data tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and be adept with project management tools like Asana, Jira, etc.
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Support day-to-day operational tasks and liaison with empaneled vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA / BMS or a related management field
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Project Management tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Prior start-up experience
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
