Ctc range- max budget – upto 13 lpa working days- 5 days working shift - uk shift (12:30 pm – 9:30 pm)
Qualification –Engineering Degree / master’s in business administration / Masters in Statistics or equivalent
Skills Required –
- Project management skills – able to set work priorities in a logical order and handle multiple priorities in parallel
- Proficient and experienced in analysis, databases and data mining
- Analytical thinker and comfortable with large data sets.
- Strong strategic thinking skills to support analysis and lead to the recommendation of strategies and the execution of plans
- Experience working with creating dashboards using all relevant data using visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau essentials
- Expert in SQL, MS Office tools, Advance MS Excel, Power Pivot/Query, VBA Macro essentials
Roles & Responsibilities
- Proficient and experienced in analysis, databases, and data mining
- Analytical thinker and comfortable with large data sets.
- A structured and detail-oriented work style is essential for success in this role, with a strong focus on precision and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a geographically distributed team.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal), with the ability to clearly explain complex analyses to both functional and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Capable of contributing to decisions related to buying, sales, and marketing strategies.
- Responsible for daily reporting, dashboard development, and forecasting activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in automation using Power BI and VBA Macros
- Experience with Business Intelligence software packages (IBM Cognos) preferred
- Working knowledge of Python or R is considered a value-add.
- Exposure to Quality Management methodologies, especially Six Sigma, is preferred.
- Language Requirement – Fluent in English (Verbal & Written)
