We are looking for a Business Sales Manager with proven experience in hardware and software sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across both technology domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hardware and software sectors.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and client referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and enterprise clients.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable product or service solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product demos, technical discussions, and project execution.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close profitable sales deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT hardware/software domain.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT products, networking solutions, and software services.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and client management
