Job Summary
We are hiring a professional and detail-oriented Credit Manager for our organization. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and understanding of loan processing & documentation. The candidate will be responsible for handling loan files, customer coordination, documentation verification, and maintaining records efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle loan applications and credit-related operations.
- Verify customer documents and maintain proper loan documentation.
- Analyze customer profiles and assist in credit evaluation.
- Coordinate with customers regarding loan requirements and updates.
- Prepare and maintain reports in MS Excel.
- Ensure accurate data entry and file management.
- Follow company policies and financial compliance procedures.
- Support the team in achieving business targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good English Communication skills (Written & Verbal).
- Basic laptop/computer knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of loan processes and financial products.
- Understanding of loan documentation and verification procedures.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional attitude and customer-handling ability.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Finance, or Loan Industry preferred.
- Graduate in any stream.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
