Site Operations Manager – Gate & Access Automation

Location: Surat, Gujarat (with regional travel)
Requirements:
- 2–7+ years in Site Operations, Project Execution, or Service Management (Entrance Automation, ELV, or BMS)
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
- Personal vehicle & valid driving license required
- Strong technical coordination and team management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate installation teams, fabricators, electricians, and commissioning engineers
- Manage service calls, AMCs, preventive maintenance, and breakdown support
- Handle client communication, project updates, and technical requirements
- Conduct site surveys, ensure quality standards, and oversee project handover
