Role description
PMO Executive
Experience: 3-5Years
Location: Coimbatore / Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Support end to end PMO governance for IT projects and programs
- Track project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues (RAID)
- Prepare accurate weekly/monthly status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
- Track sprint progress, releases, and cross team dependencies in Agile programs
- Support financial tracking including budgets, forecasts, and actuals
- Assist in resource utilization, capacity planning, and vendor/SOW tracking
- Coordinate governance meetings, steering committees, and leadership reviews
- Drive standardization of PMO processes, templates, and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in IT PMO / Program Support
- Experience working in client facing
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards
- Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum / SAFe), Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Education

- Exposure to executive level reporting and portfolio management
