Business Development Executive (BDE) B2B IT Sales
Location: Chennai (Work from Office)
Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Night Shift, aligned with US/International markets)

About the Role
We are looking for a driven and articulate Business Development Executive to join our B2B IT Sales team. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities, engaging international prospects, and building a healthy sales pipeline. The ideal candidate has prior experience in B2B/IT sales and is comfortable working night shift hours to align with overseas clients (primarily US market).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a strong, consistent sales pipeline
- Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their business needs and pitch relevant IT products/services
- Schedule and coordinate product demos/meetings between prospects and the sales/technical team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and interactions in the CRM
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified leads and pipeline value
- Collaborate with marketing and senior sales team members to refine outreach strategy and messaging
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and the company's product/service portfolio
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT/software/SaaS industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Prior experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Comfortable and willing to work night shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST)
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude
- Good understanding of the sales funnel and lead qualification process
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing preferred)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
