Job Title: Sales Officer/Senior Sales Officer
Department: Decorative Paints
The Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned territory by developing and managing dealer, distributor, retailer, contractor, and painter networks. The role involves driving primary and secondary sales, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring timely collections, and executing promotional activities to strengthen the company's market presence.
Responsibilities:
1. Handling Primary Sales of Decorative Paints
2. Appoint new dealers/ distributors
3. Formulate product-wise monthly sales and collection plans for his area
4. Deliver plans on Value growth and within specified discount and credit norms of Company
5. Billing to adequate number of accounts and Range Selling
6. Ensuring all accounts are working to optimum capacity
7. Implement Town specific demand Generation activities to enhance brand preference among influencers/consumers as also implement National / Regional DG Initiatives.
Qualification: Graduation
Required Experience: 3years of experience from Paints industry
Salary: Upto 10LPA
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
