Job Description:
The candidate will be required to perform and support a range of finance and administrative activities for the DXC client. This may include processes such as Order‑to‑Cash (O2C), Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), Record‑to‑Report (R2R), financial data entry, reconciliations, invoice processing, payment support, or other core finance operations . Candidates must have prior exposure to at least one of these areas (non‑freshers only).
They should demonstrate strong teamwork, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and clear career aspirations within Finance & Accounting. Good oral and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver work with the highest level of accuracy and quality .
The role requires flexibility to work in shifts, and the candidate should be prepared to put in additional effort whenever necessary to meet client expectations, deadlines, and SLA requirements .
Additionally, the candidate should:
- Be comfortable working in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment .
- Have basic proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems/ERPs (added advantage).
- Demonstrate good analytical skills , attention to detail, and problem‑solving ability.
- Be open to cross‑training and supporting multiple F&A sub‑processes based on business needs.
- Uphold data confidentiality, process compliance, and organizational policies at all times.
