JOB DESCRIPTION
The Showroom Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the marketing efforts of the showroom to attract customers and achieve sales targets. This involves planning, implementing, and managing promotional strategies in line with the company’s overall marketing goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible to achieve a monthly direct channel sales goal. Ensure all the Bhima cares are meet their individual sales goals. If any deviations guide them to achieve the targets.
2. Responsible to monitor the Bhima Care direct marketing teams, tracking daily activities such as customer visits, productive engagements, and conversions.
3. Ensure sales teams actively collect marriage leads from both existing and new sources. Maintain a centralized database of all leads for efficient tracking and follow-up.
4. Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate joint customer visits, converting prospects into confirmed bookings additionally add gold schemes to the customers.
5. Coordinate with the showroom manager, Marketing head and Retail Head to develop a showroom marketing strategy to meet branch sales goals.
6. Implement the marketing plan through the team and prepare a KPI to measure all the activities. Ensure campaigns are carried out effectively.
7. Review the campaign performances against the strategy, if any deviations make appropriate actions to overcome.
8. Monitor the ROI of showroom marketing activities, ensuring the marketing budget is optimally utilized.
9. Manage the existing sales team to identify the man power requirements and submit the man power request to the Showroom HR/Corporate HR.
10. Ensure all the sales executives are fully equipped to perform their roles; identify any training needs and coordinate with the manager and HR team to arrange necessary training sessions.
11. Coordinate with the local vendors to implement the showroom marketing activities.
12. Evaluate and approve travel allowances for the Bhima Care sales team. Ensure to optimize their expenses and improve their revenue.
13. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to review the plan against achievements of each Bhima care.
14. Manage the showroom's marketing assets and ensure their availability is regularly monitored. Replace assets as needed in alignment with the marketing plan.
