About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to lead residential interior projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, technical expertise, client-handling skills, and the ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Planning
- Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, and space planning solutions.
- Prepare detailed working drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, and furniture details.
- Create presentations, material boards, and client proposals.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
Project Management
- Lead projects from concept design through execution and handover.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design or execution-related issues.
Client Management
- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Present design concepts and revisions professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Vendor & Procurement Coordination
- Source materials and products from vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations and compare specifications.
- Coordinate procurement schedules with project timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects.
- Excellent understanding of materials, construction methods, and detailing.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
