Upcodo Digital is looking for a professional and confident Receptionist / Office Coordinator for our Greater Noida West office. The candidate will manage front-desk operations, handle clerical and administrative tasks, and coordinate with clients for feedback and official communication.
Fluent English communication is compulsory. Please apply only if you are confident in spoken English.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Greater Noida West.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally.
2. Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks.
3. Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems.
4. Call clients to collect service feedback and maintain reports.
5. Make official calls for office coordination and follow-ups.
6. Handle incoming calls
7. Assist management in day-to-day office coordination.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Fluent spoken and written English (Mandatory)
- Preference for candidates residing in Greater Noida West
- Good communication and telephone etiquette
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling)
- Confident, presentable, and professional personality
Experience Requirement
Relevant experience in receptionist, administration, or client handling roles will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
