Job Summary
Roverz Motors is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain financial records.
- Supervise and support the accounts team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. M.Com/CA Inter preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
