- Enter accounting and financial data into ERP/accounting software accurately and timely.
- Record purchase invoices, sales invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment entries.
- Maintain and update ledgers, cash books, and accounting records.
- Verify source documents for accuracy before data entry.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data reports as required.
- Reconcile entries and identify discrepancies for correction.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist the Accounts Department in bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
- Generate reports from accounting software as required by management.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of financial information.
- Coordinate with other departments for collection and verification of financial data.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in accounts data entry, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.
- Certification in Tally, ERP, or Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software.
- Required Qualifications -B.Com preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
