Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and follow-up scheduling.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth daily operations.
- Handle billing, payment collection, and invoice generation.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a pleasant patient experience.
- Manage emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment reminders.
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Requirements
- Diploma or Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0–3 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role (healthcare experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and appointment management software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
