Nexora Academy is seeking a dedicated, organized, and customer-focused on Front Desk Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome students, parents, and visitors with professionalism.
Handle enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Manage student admissions, registrations, and onboarding.
Collect course fees, issue receipts, and maintain accurate fee records.
Maintain and update student databases, documents, and administrative records.
Coordinate class schedules, faculty timetables, and classroom arrangements.
Prepare and communicate class schedules, holidays, examinations, and other academic updates.
Follow up with prospective students and parents regarding admissions and fee payments.
Assist with student counselling coordination and appointment scheduling.
Generate reports, maintain attendance records, and support daily office operations.
Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure smooth academic and administrative operations.
Requirements
Plus two, Diploma, or any degree preferred.
1–2 years of experience in administration, front office, or customer service (Freshers can also apply).
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and record-keeping skills.
Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.
