Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a sound understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Professional Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file GST and TDS returns within prescribed timelines.
- Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate accounting records.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and tax consultants during audits and assessments.
- Process payroll and ensure statutory deductions and compliance.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Experience
- Experience: 3–6 years in accounting and finance.
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter will be an added advantage).
- Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
