About the Role
We are looking for a charismatic, organized, and proactive Client Success Manager to join our team in Bangalore. This role acts as the bridge between our creative team and clients, ensuring seamless communication, exceptional client experience, and successful project execution.
The ideal candidate should be confident in client-facing interactions, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and be comfortable managing on-site shoot coordination and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management & Client Retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular face-to-face interactions.
- Understand client requirements, gather feedback, and proactively resolve concerns.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention by delivering a smooth and valuable client experience.
On-Site Shoot Coordination
- Coordinate and manage on-site production shoots as the primary point of contact between clients and the creative team.
- Ensure shoot execution aligns with client expectations and project requirements.
- Support the production team in maintaining smooth operations during shoots.
- Manage client comfort and communication throughout the process.
Strategy & Account Growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services based on client needs.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project updates, and account status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of projects.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Hospitality, or related roles.
- Digital marketing agency experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional, presentable, and confident personality.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
