About the Role
Dantech Digital Dental Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to operate CNC milling machines used in fabricating dental restorations (crowns, bridges, copings, frameworks) with precision, using materials like zirconia, PMMA, wax, and metal alloys, while meeting quality standards and turnaround times.
Candidate Profile & Skills
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Tool & Die, Mechatronics, or related field (dental technology background a plus)
- 1–3 years of CNC milling experience, preferably in a dental lab or precision manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of CAD/CAM workflow and ability to read/interpret design files
- Precision, attention to detail, and discipline in following SOPs and safety guidelines
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines for dental restorations (crowns, bridges, copings, frameworks, aligners); load material blocks/discs (zirconia, PMMA, wax, metal) as per the job file
- Import and run CAM/nesting files from the design (CAD) team; monitor milling for accuracy and tool wear; perform tool changes and calibration
Quality & Maintenance
- Inspect milled output for dimensional accuracy, fit, and finish; report deviations/defects and support rework of rejected units
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance; maintain machine logs, tool inventory, and material usage records; follow safety protocols
Production Coordination
- Coordinate with the CAD design team on file/spec clarifications; prioritize jobs to meet daily production and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate records of jobs completed and materials consumed; support inventory checks for blanks, discs, and consumables
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
