#Level: Middle Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute recruitment activities and onboarding processes
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
- Maintain HRIS and employee records
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development initiatives
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Handle day-to-day employee queries and grievances
Qualifications & Experience:
- 6-8 years of HR experience in generalist or specialist roles
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office
- Graduate degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- Good understanding of labor laws
