Position: - Architect
Location: - Karelibaug, Vadodara
Key Responsibilities: -
- Prepare and review architectural plans, layouts, and drawings for real estate projects.
- Ensure designs and plans comply with GDCR and applicable regulations.
- Review project drawings and suggest design improvements.
- Conduct site visits and monitor design execution.
- Support the project team in resolving design and planning issues.
Requirements: -
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Related Fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate / Architecture / Civil.
- Strong knowledge of GDCR and development regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant architectural software.
- Good understanding of site planning, layouts, and project development.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
