About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Advocate with 10–15 years of practice, who is well-versed in litigation and capable of handling complex legal matters independently. The ideal candidate should have strong courtroom presence, sound legal judgment, and the ability to develop and execute effective legal strategies.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience as an Advocate
- Valid Sanad / Bar Council License (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in litigation matters
- Excellent legal strategy and analytical skills
- Strong communication and drafting abilities
- Open to travel (local and inter-state)
- Must have their own laptop
- Ability to handle high-pressure and complex cases independently
Roles & Responsibilities
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and other judicial authorities
- Lead and manage complex litigation matters end-to-end
- Develop and implement strong legal strategies for cases
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents including pleadings, agreements, notices, and petitions
- Provide legal opinions and advisory to clients on various matters
- Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
- Handle court proceedings, arguments, and hearings effectively
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external counsels
- Mentor and supervise junior advocates and legal staff
- Stay updated with legal developments, case laws, and regulatory changes
